Trust Center
A person accepts every result.
Security controls, how our agents work, and where our data comes from.
01 Security controls
Your land work stays under your control.
- 01
Permissions by project
Access is granted per project, and each person sees the records of the projects they are on.
- 02
Contractors see only their work
A title firm or field contractor sees the records assigned to it, and nothing else in your account.
- 03
Audit history
Every change, acceptance and return is logged with the person, the time and the record.
02 How our agents work
Agents read, pull, draft and check. People decide.
- 01
Read
Agents read the public record for a project: layers, assessor and recorder records, land status.
- 02
Draft
They draft findings, owner records, runsheets, plans and packets. Every figure carries its publisher and date.
- 03
Accept
A person accepts the result or returns it with a note. The decision and the name are kept.
What an agent never does on its own
- Sign or file a document
- Send a letter or email to an owner
- Make a Go, Hold or Kill call
- Change a record without a person's acceptance
