Agreement
These terms govern your use of gridspan.ai and the GridSpan demo workspace. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you use them for an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you have authority to do so.
Use of the GridSpan platform under a subscription is governed by your customer agreement. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Example data
Product screens, figures, owners and places shown on this site are fictional example data unless we say otherwise.
Not professional advice
Nothing on this site or in the demo workspace is legal, title, survey, engineering, environmental or financial advice. Decisions about land, title and development should be made with qualified professionals.
The demo workspace
- We may give you access to a demo workspace with example data so you can evaluate GridSpan.
- Access is for you alone. Do not share your sign-in.
- The demo workspace may change, be reset or be ended at any time. It carries no service level or support commitment.
- Do not upload confidential information or other people’s personal information to the demo workspace.
Acceptable use
You will not:
- Copy, scrape or harvest content or data from the site or the demo workspace by automated means.
- Probe, test or try to get around security or access controls.
- Reverse engineer the software, except where the law allows it.
- Use the site or the demo workspace to build a competing product.
- Interfere with how the site works, or use it in violation of any law.
Our property
GridSpan owns the site, the software, the GridSpan name and marks, and the content we provide, apart from material owned by others. These terms give you a limited, revocable right to use the site and the demo workspace to evaluate GridSpan. Public-domain imagery remains in the public domain; sources are listed on the Image credits page.

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.

Disclaimers
The site and the demo workspace are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, GridSpan will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site or the demo workspace. Our total liability for any claim relating to them is limited to one hundred US dollars.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify GridSpan against claims arising from your misuse of the site or the demo workspace, or from your breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [state to confirm], without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts in [county and state to confirm] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will post changes here with a new date. Your continued use after a change means you accept it.
